Juniper felt a flicker of irritation, her petite frame tensing slightly. “Procedural aspects are important, but without a strong substantive argument, we won’t stand a chance against Roma’s motion.”
Daniel leaned back, crossing his arms. His English cut draping his tall, lean frame, only offering a glimpse at his dedication to authoring his shape. “I understand that, but if we don’t ensure procedural compliance, the judge might not even consider our substantive points.”
She took a deep breath, her eyes meeting his blue ocean gaze.
